The world of Erasmus+ can only to continue to exist if we learn from one another and pass along the lessons through our communities.

In the spirit of sharing that knowledge, we took the lessons learned from the international training course “4P4YOUth" and shared them with the participants of diiferent projects. We organised a local training courses and round tables to pass the skill we learnt in Potsdam. 

During the activities, the participants were introduced to the new trends of innovation and creativity, which helped the participants to understand the basics of creative thinking and realize, that the path to creativity begins by first of all of recognizing the ways in which we are or can be creative.

"It was a special occasion for everyone to learn about themselves, about others, other nationalities and of course to gain knowledge about communication, about it`s importance between people and organizations as well. During the 4P4YOUth project, we had the chance to be introduced to the new trends of innovation and creativity, which help us to understand the basics of creative thinking and realize the ways in which we are or can be creative. We have experienced different methods, tools and techniques of non-formal education and also we shared our experiences, knowledge and skills in work with young people. In the meantime, with specific activities and exercises through this project, we learned about importance of communication and how it plays an essential role in effective public relations.

Now it is us who share our knowledge and skills among our pears and involve more people to our organisation."-
