Eventiada IPRA GWA 2021 is in full swing now


Armenian PR Association, as a partner of the largest communications award in Eastern Europe, CIS and Central Asia Eventiada IPRA GWA, is happy to inform that season 2021 is in full swing now.

Eventiada IPRA GWA is the regional partner of the IPRA Golden World Awards, a global competition held since 1990 by the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), one of the oldest industry associations, that has been setting up standards for the industry since 1955 and cooperating with the UN since 1984. In 2020 Eventiada IPRA GWA joined IPRA Golden World Awards in supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.


Personal categories “PR Visionnaire”, “For Contribution to the Industry” and “Chief Communications Officer of the Year” are open for submission for the first time in the Award’s history. Additional categories supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals were added this year, complimenting the category’s success last year. In addition, Eventiada IPRA GWA 2021 for the first time will celebrate the best projects in Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Europe, as well as Central and Western Asia.


Key dates:

  • October 15 – entries close (no extensions);

  • October 19-24 – online voting, expert council;

  • October 25-29 - in-person voting, jury;

  • December 6 - awards ceremony (offline).

Last year the jury had a warm welcome for campaigns from Armenia – My Name is Enough campaign by UNFPA / Doping Creative Agency has won in “Best Social Campaign” category, and “ProfEye Challenge” preserving historical Yerevan campaign by PROFAL/SPRING PR was shortlisted as a finalist in both “Best Campaign Supporting the Cities to be Inclusive, Safe, Resilient and Sustainable” and “Best Public Campaign by Communications Consultancy” categories.


The award honours and inscribes the best campaigns of the largest multinational and national corporations, global and local NGOs, governments, network and independent agencies and the creative youth in the history of communications in all countries of the region: Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Greece, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, etc. The international jury includes representatives of 35 national associations from 17 countries.
